Registration Overview.

Enrolling your child in Get Smart Kids Academy is the smart choice for giving your child a head start on a lifetime of learning.

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll your child, you’ll need:

• To complete an enrollment packet
• To submit updated physical and immunization forms from your child’s pediatrician
• A recent picture of your child
• A copy of their birth certificate
• Copy of parent(s) identification
• To submit payment of registration/material fee and tuition

On your child’s first day they should bring a backpack with a change of clothes, 2 blankets for rest time and diapers/wipes (if applicable). Please label everything with your child’s name. Other supplies may be required by age group.
