We limit class sizes so that children consistently interact with a teacher who’s able to build on every opportunity for success.

Minimum requirements for Teachers and Teacher Assistants:

Teachers: Must have required completion of 45 hours of childcare classes and either an AA (2 years or higher) in early childhood education or a valid CDA credential. Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish). CPR, First Aid, and a background check will be needed as required by the Department of Children and Families.
